We have been roasting since 2021. We are proud to be roasting with a Bellwether machine. This machine is one of the most eco friendly and sustainable roasting machines. Roasting our own beans means that we are able to keep our drip coffee, ice coffee, and mojo fresh and tasting just the way we like it. It also means we are able to sell our beans to y’all!

Here’s what’s on our shelves at the shops!
Hacienda Sonora- Poas Volcano, Costa Rica, Medium roast. With Grapefruit, toasted almonds, tea body like flavor notes.
Mother station- Ethiopia natural, Light roast, Single Origin. With vanilla wafer, and fresas con crema tasting notes.
Commander Charlie- Burundi, Single Origin, Dark roast. With dark chocolate wafer, old school vibe tasting notes. Should be noted that this offering was inspired by our head roasters grandfather who had an affinity for a classic cup of coffee.

Chiapas drip- Mexican Chiapas, Single Origin, Medium roast. With macadamia nut, burnt sugar tasting notes.
Costa Rican Cold Brew- Cold Brew- Costa Rican, Medium/Dark roast, single Origin. With chocolate, oatmeal, and walnut tasting notes. Praline Cold Brew for our Mojo!
